Please note: The following cost structures are advisory. Each partner school negotiates the shared costs of the program with each participating teacher consistent with their personnel policies.

Intern Program: $10,500 per annum

•Partner School: $1650 plus $500 in-kind (for release time/substitutes)

•State Funding: $3000

•Participant Tuition: $2640

•Reach Institute (grants & donations): $3210

Induction Program: $8500 per annum

•Partner School: $1650 (if Reach provided coach), $650 (if site based coach), plus $500 in-kind (for release time/substitutes)

•State Funding: $3800

•Reach Institute (grants & donations): $3060

Teacher Leader Professional Development: $1,800 per series

•Partner School: $550 per series

•Reach Institute (grants & donations): $1250 per series

Master’s of Education in Teacher Leadership: $10,500 per annum

•Partner School: $1200 (recommended)

•Participating Teacher Tuition: $1200 (recommended)

•Reach Institute (grants & donations): $8,100
